At Ecigarettes UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the parcel to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized UK postal service point using our prepaid shipping label or your preferred tracked courier service.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
